Karis has worked in partnerhship with Brighton & Hove City Council to redevelop the King Alfred site on Brighton and Hove seafront.

The King Alfred site is owned by the City Council and a close working relationship has been established to ensure the development meets all the requirements of the Council's brief and fulfils the expectations and needs of local people.
