John is a qualified surveyor and has extensive experience and knowledge of the property market and has worked on development projects of all sizes across the UK.

John was substantial in bringing the King Alfred project to fruition in his previous role as a developer with ING. John's previous experience also includes working for St Quintin, Richard Ellis, ING Asset Management and Eliot Lipton's First Base.

Karis managed to entice John away from the City and the corporate world to a life less ordinary and his creative ability and expertise is now helping to steer Karis towards its goal of becoming one of the most unique, innovative, interesting and fun developers.
