King Alfred plans near completion
The stunning designs by Frank Gehry and HOK Sport for the £300 million King Alfred Project will be revealed at a public exhibition at Brighton’s Jubilee Library from Tuesday 13 September 2005. The exhibition of the designs, plans and model for the King Alfred Project will coincide with the submission of the planning application to Brighton and Hove City Council.
Karis Holdings and members of the design team will staff the exhibition, which will be open to the public from Tuesday 13 September until Saturday 29 October 2005.
Monday - 10am to 7pm
Tuesday - 10am to 7pm
Wednesday - 10am to 5pm
Thursday - 10am to 8pm
Friday - 10am to 5pm
Saturday - 10am to 4pm
The exhibition will then move to Hove Town Hall from 31 October until the planning application is determined. It is anticipated that the local planning authority will require up to six months to determine the application.
