Gloucester Yard

Situated in the fashionable North Laine in central Brighton, just minutes from Brighton mainline railway station and the seafront Gloucester Yard is in the heart of the City.

The site was previously a disused factory and had lain empty and derelict for more than five years. Looking to keep the essence of the property Karis sensitively restored the building to create eight live/work homes, the first live/work homes in Brighton and Hove.

Using high quality materials to complement the design and the history of the area the development won the prestigious Sussex Heritage Award in 2001.
