Planning permission to restore and refurbish Medina Villas to their original splendour were approved in May 2008.

Working with Jon Turner of Turner Associates the proposals have been carefully designed to remove unsympathetic and unsightly features to create exceptionally stunning homes:

- Four six bedroom individual family homes, each occupying an entire villa

- Four luxury two or three bedroom dulplex apartments


All the properties have sea views from bow windows with private gardens and garages.
