Moore House, 11 - 13 Black Lion Street

Moore House is situated just a stone's throw from Brighton seafront at the entrance to The Lanes, the oldest and most desirable part of the City in the Old Town Conservation area, and is next door to the stunning new private karaoke bar Lucky Voice at 8 Black Lion Street.

Karis has commissioned the highly acclaimed and internationally renowned architect Piers Gough of CZWG Architects to redesign this ugly 1960s office block and create two new restaurants and four floors of contemporary office space.

Our new tenants include one of the UK's leading chefs, Jamie Oliver who has opened Jamie's Italian in Moore House and the first branch outside London of the exciting and healthy Vietnamese restaurant Pho.

Two floors of the new office space have been leased to iCrossing, the acknowledged leader in Search Engine Marketing, with further tenants including PR company Man Bites Dog and travel specialists Holiday Taxis.
