Black Lion Street Pedestrianisation

Karis are transforming the environment in Black Lion Street and have designed pedestrian priority measures to compliment the develoment of Moore House and the restoration of 8 Black Lion Street.

The proposals will create an attractive, safe and inviting environment for pedestrians whilst still allowing traffic access. High quality materials will be used to resurface the street and create wide pavements that will allow the new restaurants to have outside seating.

Public artwork, lighting and planting will be used to further enhance the street scene and create a welcoming environment that will restore Black Lion Street for all to enjoy.
