This development, designed by world famous CZWG Architects, will create two new restaurants and four floors of contemporary office space with secure parking for 30 vehicles.

Construction is now underway and will be ready for occupation late summer 2008.

The development has attracted a great deal of interest and both restaurants have been let together with three floors of office space.
